mParkThese terms apply to mPark, parking management software provided by MapleERP IT Solutions Private Limited under the Tradelink247 brand ("we", "us"), and to the websites mpark.tradelink247.com and mparkadmin.tradelink247.com. By using mPark you agree to them.
What mPark is
mPark is software as a service for businesses that run car and bike parking ("operators"). It covers vehicle entry and exit ticketing, number-plate capture, receipts, monthly passes, shift settlement and a live dashboard, used through the mPark Operator app and the web admin.
Who can use it
mPark is sold to businesses. Accounts are created by us for an operator after a signup request, and the operator then adds its own staff. The operator is responsible for its staff accounts and for keeping login details secret.
Pricing and billing
- Pricing is on request and agreed with each operator before its account is activated.
- Subscription fees are billed per billing cycle through GST tax invoices issued in the web admin.
- Operators can pay invoices online, or keep a prepaid wallet balance by topping it up; the wallet is drawn down against invoices.
- Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not see or store card or bank details.
Cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle, and wallet top-ups are non-refundable. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Operators' own customers
Parking fees and monthly pass payments made by the public belong to the operator of that car park and are collected into the operator's own payment account, not ours. Questions about those payments go to the operator.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse mPark: no attempts to access other operators' data, to disrupt the service, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability and liability
We work to keep mPark available and the operator app keeps working offline when the network drops, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees the operator paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kollam, Kerala have jurisdiction.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top.
