mParkThis policy covers payments made to MapleERP IT Solutions Private Limited for mPark: subscription fees and wallet top-ups paid by parking operators.
Subscriptions
- An operator can cancel its mPark subscription at any time before the next billing cycle starts, by writing to us at regygeorge@gmail.com. No further invoices are raised after that.
- Fees for a billing cycle that has already started are not refunded.
Wallet top-ups
Wallet top-ups are prepaid credit for paying mPark invoices and are non-refundable. An unused balance stays in the wallet and continues to be used against invoices.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you are charged twice for the same payment, or money is debited for a payment that failed, write to us with the payment details. Once confirmed, the extra amount is refunded to the original payment method.
Parking fees and monthly passes
Payments made by the public for parking or monthly passes go to the car park's operator, not to us. Refunds for those are handled by that operator under its own policy.
Delivery
mPark is software delivered online. Nothing is shipped. An operator's account is set up and made available after we confirm its signup.
